Tie a helium balloons to each goody bag as well as a balloon weight. Use rubber-bands to shorten the string of some of the balloons, so that you can arrange it like a bouquet of balloons. Take a group picture with the balloons in the back. Get your helium balloons from the dollar store as they are the cheapest.
If you do not want to spend money on helium balloons, then blow up latex balloons and make these balloon flowers. |
