Try CND Vinylux.

Stays on like a gel but comes off like regular polish. No base coat- just 2 coats polish and their top coat. You can find it at ULTA or Amazon. I swear by it.

I’ll try this too.

To the PP who recommended dipping, I don’t want to do anything that will damage my nails more. The removal process destroys my nails. The results are amazing though.

This is the brand I was going to recommend too. It's really good and lasts the longest for me. Plus it has doesn't have any negative effects on my nails.
