S/O - barre classes only once a week?

Also interested in this. I work FT and have 2 small kids so I work out at home. Bar Method and Physique 57 also have on demand subscriptions. Trying to figure out which to try first.

I've only done Bar Method, so can only speak to that one.

Yes, this class is absolutely suitable for someone such as you described.

The instructors are really skilled at knowing how to make each of the exercises more or less advanced throughout the class to be able to challenge each of the students - but be prepared for the instructor to call you out by name to correct your positioning. When I first started it felt like every 2 minutes the instructor would say "Larla, keep your head up" or "Larla, your heels need to come up higher" - which really annoyed me and embarrassed me, but then I got over my own ego and realized it was for my own good.

Now that I've been doing it for a year, I'm totally hooked!
