How much is enough breastmilk to feed a baby? Need advice!

My 5-week-old is on BM with some formula supplement. I am in the process of getting him off of the formula, but the BM (expressed or nursing) doesn't seem enough to satisfy his appetite. I'm told he is in a growth spurt and I wonder if the appetite will level off. He seems to want food a LOT more during the day than at night and sometimes I find that my boobs can't keep up!!!!!
Any thoughts?

Thank you! My milk has come in quite well. I just need a schedule because I feel like I have an infant latched to my breast all the time and I can't pump. Usually, if I pump first thing in the morning, I get a fabulous 5oz. During the course of the day, it's more like 3oz per pumping, if I can get the chance to pump. Thanks to the PP for the schedule. I've been consulting Kellymom as well as pumpandwork.com

I go back to work in two weeks and am a little worried about how the pumping and feeding will work.

Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!

If you can pump like this while nursing full-time at home, you'll do fine at work too.
