| Paris. You stay in an apt for cooking, get to patronize all the bakeries, cheesemongers, traiteurs for carry out, not to mention wine. Lots of parks, Children's Museum, Eiffel Tour, Invalides. We took our two year old to Paris and had a blast. If you do an apartment agency many can also provide you with a sitter. We used Paris Vacation Apartments.com and used the sitter three times for lovely lunch dates. They can also arrange transfers. |
| OP here. Thank you all for the inputs.. We have dropped Amsterdam as an option and will be booking tickets tomorrow. |
Yes. |
| Just chiming in to say that London is great for vegetarians - I’m from a London and will happily post a list of vegetarian or vegetarian-friendly restaurants if it would help |

Went to Amsterdam and Paris this summer with kids. For that length of time would just do Paris. London is nice but more spread out so harder to get around with kids, but ok if you want to stay in one neighborhood.
In Paris found a nice, experienced American sitter on Craigslist. |
