Is Eugenie trying to steal the spotlight from Megan?

Not at all, it's not even the same season.

Also, she seems pretty low-key to me.

Why drama? Andrew and Fergie apparently have gotten along exceptionally well after divorcing (at least publicly, and who cares about privately). They aren't going to be at each other's throats or trying to one-up each other at the wedding like idiots. Fergie has had her own public gaffes but not any public drama with her ex or her kids.

Any attention given this wedding outside Britain will be focused on the Cambridgeshire and Harry and Meghan and will extend only as far as what they all wore.

Autocorrect. Should be the Cambridges, not Cambridgeshire.

Who cares????!

They are allowed to get married the same calendar year, for heaven's sake. It's not like she's doing it the weekend before or something.

I thought that was some new nickname for Will and Kate and their growing brood. Their own mini-kingdom if kiddos.

Doesn't seem rude either.
People aren't remotely as interested in Eugenie as they are in Meghan, and I'm sure Eugenie knows that.

This. Didn't Zara get married a few months after William and Kate? Part of Meghan's interest is that she is American, resided in Canada and she is marrying one of Diana's boys.
Doubt that there is extensive interest in Eugenie or her groom. She doesn't have any royal duties or represent the family. She sometimes hangs with American movie stars, but the prospect of George Clooney attending her wedding doesn't make it must see tv, if it will even be televised.

As if she could. Sad to say, but Eugenie is unfortunate looking with trashy fashion sense. She doesn’t hold a candle to Meghan in any sense, and looks are a big part of the attention game.

+1

On my dad’s side, I am one of 16 cousins. Four of us got married in 2006: March, July, August and September.

+1. Fergie’s girls are like Cinderella’s stepsisters.

They’re not siblings and both brides are in their 30s. It’s fine.

I think Eugenie and her fiance are adorable. You're hateful.

Normal people don't think this way. They keep their eyes on their own paper.

Well, I did at least give some thought to when we were planning to start trying to have a family. I knew my older cousin and his wife had been trying and had suffered losses. I really hoped they would get pregnant first (having the first great-grandchild), but we were not completely changing our plans waiting for that to happen.

It all worked out in the end, because his wife was pregnant at the same time as I was and has the first great grandchild by 5 days.

Yes! Me too! Let’s make it an official DCUM coinage!
