The 16 democrats who voted against it are all selfish grandstanding idiots and won't have any real input into the daca legislation. Their votes aren't needed, and they put their personal egomania over party loyalty and unity. All they did was undercut Schumers future ability to negotiate the best daca deal possible. Since Schumer can't promise McConnell their votes, they just lost their seat at the table. Schumer stuck his neck out for them and this is how they repay him? Absurd. They just cut themselves completely out of the negotiations.
