How Organized is your work inbox?

I have finally seen the light with regard to a clean inbox. Throughout my career I have kept every email in the inbox and used it for search. Since I started working for the government they only allow 500MB of storage for email so I am forced to leverage folders and archiving. I wish I had done this much earlier! Granted I went from getting 200-300 emails a day to about 100, but it still makes a difference in terms of mind clutter. I now devote some time at the end of every day to clean out email.
