Ok here Goes: 1) prenatal 2) Del Estrogen 3) Estrace 4) Progesterone in Oil 5) Endometrin 6) Lovenox 7) Prednisolone 8) Baby aspirin The ERA found that I needed to do PIO for 7 days. So I took PIO for 6 days and did my transfer morning of day 7 (took PIO that night). I previously was doing the standard day 6 transfer. That’s all that changed. I was doing the same meds day 6 with the second chemical. With the first it was a fresh transfer so different...but both were PGS tested. I also had a few other BFN cycles with non PGS embryos. Not sure if it was luck but it seems like changing the day worked for me. I also did acupuncture before and after the transfer. |
| Me again. Push your RE. It’s no sweat off their back. You never know if it could help! I got to the point where i was willing to try everything. Luckily my RE was on board for this. |
Thank you so much! What is the difference between 2), 3), and 5)? Isn't one type of estrogen necessary only? Did you stay on all of the above the entire first trimester? |
| New poster here. This is interesting. What is the reason the doc but you on Lovenox? |
|
18:03 back. I always have a thin lining so I think that’s why they had me on all that estrogen? I honesty don’t remember. My lining only got to around 8.5 for the transfer.
The RE put me on lovenox after my first chemical pregnancy. She thought it could help with an implantation issue. I stopped lovenox cold turkey around 6 weeks. Weaned prednisolene at 7 weeks. Stopped PIO, estrace, endometrin, del estrogen and aspirin when graduated to OB and had first scan at about 12 weeks. I think I could have stopped earlier but was nervous. |
| Is ERA done in a different day than scratch test. Is it the same thing. Can you do FET and ERA in the same cycle |
ERA and scratch are not the same but if you have an ERA it requires a biopsy which functions the same as the scratch. No you cannot do an ERA and FET during the same cycle, unfortunately. |
