What does baby wear in the hospital (sibley)?

I saw a friend in Facebook (ftm) who had this elaborate bag packed for her and the baby for the hospital. Absolutely adorable but I had to chuckle since I am pretty sure I brought next to nothing with me to the hospital for baby 2, used all of the hospital stuff and just brought a generic coming home outfit. I don’t even remember what the outfit was nor did I save it lol. Poor second kid. First kid was only 19 months old at the time so the novelty had worn off!
