They are common in Crohn’s disease, even in men. Childbearing is not the only cause. See a GI.

OP you've posted a million threads lately worrying about whether you have Crohn's disease or UC, about piles, your period and a few I'm sure I'm forgetting. It's clear you're the same person from the language you use and also the continued references to piles. You really need to work on your anxiety about health issues and I think seeing a therapist might be helpful.

No, you can't really see a fistula from just the cheeks. Nurse would have had to look inside.

OP, please google fistulas. You don't have to have had a child to get one.

OP here and I know I have health anxiety. It's horrible feeling so anxious all the time. The discharge stopped coming from my butt. Friend said when she had piles, the same thing happened to her so here's hoping it's just that.
