Traveling with autistic kid who is picky eater

They make a protein drink in clear juices now. So maybe some protein apple juice or fruit punch.

Bringing peanut butter along is a great idea. However, it might be a good idea to allow your child to get used to different types of bread at home, as I am not certain that the bread you will find abroad will be the same as what your child is used to having at home. Perhaps, talk about your concerns with your child's doctor or therapist, they might have some info that can help your child adjusting to the trip as well as the different foods you'all will be encountering.
