I would say that your numbers show that you probably will be a good responder to fertility drugs, but they don't tell you much about your egg quality. So given your age and likely ability to make a good number of follicles, you have a decent chance, but you won't know until you try.

BTW - The only way to really know about your egg quality is to make a bunch of embryos, send them out for genetic testing (of all the chromosomes), and see how many are normal. They can't tell from looking at the embryos whether they are chromosomally normal - a great looking one may not be normal.
