No money for divorce attorney- how to proceed?

You can do it yourself. I did mine. I'm not an attorney, it went fine. Simple divorce, uncontested, no assets to divide, no support.

It cost you nothing to get out of the marriage, but curious how much was spent on your wedding.

Just wondering if a paralegal could help you out at a lower rate??

Also, if your husband has enough money to obtain an attorney, then you should as well since what he owns should belong to you as well.

Good luck.

I saw in your other post that you are already receiving child support.

Chill for the next 8 months until you can file (if you're in a one-year separation state).

I am receiving some support, but for less than what he should be giving me. There's a hearing in January.

I’m not the first poster here, but wanted to tell this responder to shove it where the sun don’t shine. You have NO idea what someone else is going through.
