Depends on the guy, but in general low body fat with muscles. Some guys look better with large muscles, some look better thinner.

I like different builds: my exDH was a weightlifter, fit but barrel-cheated. Boyfriend is longer and leaner - he used to cycle professionally, so is a more Lance Armstrong typo. Have also dated slightly chubby guys, which is cute, too.
