Roomba worth it for split level?

This is my question too. Also, is the internal opening big enough that my big woolly balls of dog fur won't keep blocking it? (I keep chopsticks with my vac because I have to often stick them up/pull fur out of my canister to empty as it clumps together.

I have a furry dog and I do have to empty it every time and rarely it gets full before it runs out of batteries, but it still works great and is a dog hair godsend.
