Cars. And Parks. Highway Rest stops/commuter parking lots. Behind businesses (like where the loading docks are) at night when everyone's home. There are cameras literally everywhere now. So you WILL be recorded and seen. But they aren't going to "report" you. Just don't do it somewhere where you will be recognized.
