Is anyone familiar with the Kinesiology major at UVA?

If you want to be a PE teacher, then get a PE degree from a school with an education department. And there is no need for a college degree to be a personal trainer. That's nonsense.

And physical therapists require a postgrad degree, with some hard science prerequisites.

The UVA program is in the School of Education.
