How do I give employee hint that she should look for another job?

This is how my company hinted to me:

1) Demoted me to work for a former peer
2) Denied all requests made to attend local conferences, which I had routinely attended previously.
3) Stopped inviting me to "breakfast" and "lunch" meetings.

You said "she." That is a protected class. Sort of terrifying that someone in a managerial position doesn't realize that.
