I saw a news item that mentioned she was 27. I had to google that- doesn't it seem she should have moved on a little/should be a little more self assured and not all about relationships?

Could she BE this superficial/messed up- or is she just making the music her fans like? Because even Avril Lavigne moved along and stopped wearing the ol' wife beater and tie, if you know what I mean.

Sometimes I just try to place Taylor Swift in the phase of life where Mariah Carey currently is... and I can almost see it.
