Who runs it? How is it funded? |
Just no nuts or anything that leaves crumbs. My classroom had a terrible ant problem last year and it boiled down to one student. When he moved away, building services found a treasure trove of wrappers and crumbs in his locker that adjoined my classroom. |
Clearly this is W school satire. |
+1 Most MSer wake up around 7ish. So, if they have breakfast around 7:15 let's say, lunch at 11am, come home by 3:30 and have a snack, that's eating about every four hours give or take, which IMO is fine. |
lol.. yes, I think some folks are new to this forum and don't get that there is a troll who posts stuff like this, mostly for Beverly Farms ES, but happens for other W cluster schools, too. |
| DD is at Somerset and they do serve a nice brunch of Friday's. Eggs, waffles, lox, fruit, muffins - its great, and all provided and paid for by parents. A little something extra we do for our children. |
| My MS'er has a bus at 6:45, wakes a little before 6, so 11 lunch not so bad |
Can you go from 8:30am until 1pm without eating? I think it's tough. My kids eat a decent breakfast, but that is still a long time. We need to leave the house by 9am to get to school, so can't do breakfast much later than 8:30. |
Almost certainly the teachers will allow for a mid-morning snack. |
You can't go 4.5 hours without eating? |
Maybe I can, but we're talking about 7 year olds. Seems like a long time. YMMV |
| Go take private school. Ours has breakfast, 15min snack break at 10:15am, and 1pm lunch all included intuition. The food is fantastic, they kids are never hungry and I don't have to feed them anything but dinner. |
Our private scheduled snack time, but we provided the food. Most privates don't include meals in tuition. We did look at one in Atlanta that served two meals a day. |
| Must be nice to have 60K to go to Landon, 22:10. |
No OP is asking about middle schoolers not second graders. |
