DOR: why are some able to get pregnant easily and others not at all?

Maybe its an old wives tale but I was told by a midwife that chances of conception increases with orgasms. Maybe use a toy?

Please ignore the "golden egg" posts. Go to an RE that specializes in DOR and estrogen prime. Back to your original question - some woman can get pregnant w dor and some don't. I don't - and even if I had 10 more years of fertility it's not gonna happen. Dor ranges from lack of reserve, and egg fragility. Look into a 3 day transfer. Call DR Davis at Cornell. Call Dr. Dicken at SIRM. It is not luck. I know for sure I would not have my child now if not for finding the right RE and protocol. And i tried everything - diet, supplements, meditation, acupuncture, wheatgrass, fertilaid etc etc etc

OP here. I did a consultation with Dr. David at Cornell and he felt that I do not have DOR, despite my low AMH. I thought that was interesting. He said my FSH and AFC suggested that I am unexplained infertility instead.

OP here. Because the 5 other REs I've seen do believe I have DOR. But I thought it interesting that the DOR expert did not think I had it. Regardless, I have low AMH, and "small ovaries" according to my u/s, so it is likely I have some form of mild DOR going on.
