Was on TTC thread

First, Testerone will definitely work to increase libido but it also lowers sperm count and this can take months and months to build back up. We learned this when we were at the Fertility dr. Dr was shocked that he was on it and said to stop immediately. After a year of trying to you BOTH need a full work up with an actually fertiltiy dr. a regular OB is not going to tell you what you need to know or do a thorough work up for both of you. I have been through it all and not happily a mom through successful IVF

OP didn't say that he couldn't satisfy her.

OP, my DH has trouble finishing but only when we're trying to conceive. Not uncommon. That doesn't mean you can't get pregnant -- if he can finish on his own, collect the sperm and DIY.

Definitely seek help, it can't hurt. Low testosterone levels at his age is not something to overlook. You guys are young, you should not be having such a hard time getting pregnant.

If no luck after a year I would start looking into assistance. My wife's obgyn did not give us good guidance and we floundered for 3 years of emotional strain on my wife and we were 3 years older We were both kind of hesitant tot do IVF which was probably why we were not more aggressive with her obgyn's guidance. It was 2 extra unnecessary years, so I would say if no kids after 12 tries go get help.

Testosterone supplements can drop sperm levels to zero. Happened to a friend of mine. He needs a semen analysis.

Also, let him try masturbating and ejaculating into a container. Transfer his semen into one of those menstrual cups and insert into you during your fertile times. Not romantic but it can get the job done when in relationships with men who have trouble finishing during sex with their partner.
