Laundry in Apartment Building

I would, and did, do this. Without a monitor. I no longer do it now that DD naps in a bed instead of a crib, and it's a drag!

I did it and the laundry was in the basement and we were on the 4th floor. I'm a single parent so finding time was never easy. I have to say I was never comfortable with it - I locked the door and took the key. But I always worried about what if there was a fire on another floor and I couldn't reach my baby? Now I have a house but if I did not, I'd rent an apt with ensuite laundry.
