When is the Langley/Cooper area going to get broken up so we can have a better distribution of wealth among middle and high schools?

Where are these rankings of schools coming from? What's the methodology? Also-- TJ?

I can't find a ranking in the DOE website.

Our district sent scores home with the end of year progress reports.

Those were preliminary scores.

it is underenrolled and already has a cachement area that goes to the Loudoun line, I suspect it will gain some of the growth from Tysons, but there really isn't any economic diversity anywhere close to it.

Are you suggesting some voluntary busing from lower income areas of the county?

Move some of the MFH in Tysons to Langley - problem solved. Those areas are a lot closer to Langley than some of the areas further west zoned for Langley now.

Nothing new. It's been that way for years. Even Mananas schools are beating us this year.

that's not the way it works. you pay more for school quality. move to Arlington if you want your child to be part of a social justice experiment
