She'll be fine. So she'll hear the f-word -- she's in high school, she hears it anyway. Besides the cursing though, I bet the guys around her will tone down the talk/behavior bc she is boss's daughter - or at the very least - the daughter of another guy working on the same job who'd punch their lights out if he heard that they were making passes at their DD. You'll be surprised how different guys act when they know there is a father/husband/boyfriend who will hear exactly what they say if the girl is offended.
And as PPs have said -- even "light" clean up crew on a construction job is going to allow her to push her body/gain some muscle and understand what a hard day's work feels like. At worst it gives her a LOT of motivation to work hard in school and go white collar so she ends up with a job allowing her to sit at a desk with AC. Or it could expose her to the idea of trades (where women are starting to make a really good living - like the diesel mechanic mentioned above) or going into engineering to do something like construction mgmt. Overall this is a good thing - don't worry until/unless she tells you something is going on at the job site that's making her uncomfortable.
