Painting Trex

I have trex from around 2003 that looks quite similar. I was able to get most of the spots out by mixing the following: 1 gallon warm water, 2 cups oxiclean, 1/2 cup TSP (tri sodium phosphate), and some dawn detergent. Use a garden sprayer to apply and let sit for at least 10 minutes. Don't allow the solution to dry. Scrub the hell out of it with a deck brush and rinse off. I get much better results by scrubbing it instead of using a pressure washer.
