Safe LA neighborhoods for AirBnB

Thank you. I found a place in the Hollywood Hills or Beachwood Canyon neighborhood. We will be staying in Santa Monica one night when we first arrive. There was nothing in our price range coupled with bed/bath needs in the Los Feliz area.

I stay at Koreatown Airbnbs when I go to LA. Central, easy parking, and I've personally never felt unsafe there.

Century City has some great AirBnBs in big condo buildings and is convenient both to Santa Monica (20 min) and many parts of LA proper. It's about 50 minutes from Universal, but that's LA for you... very stretched out.
