| Probably just bloating. Your muscles are also probably stretched from #1. My mom was in maternity with my brother at 6 weeks. |

Well, whether it's bloating or not, she still needs to wear the maternity clothes. It's not like telling her it's not the baby yet means her old jeans fit. How about a little solidarity around here?
OP - I'm only 11 weeks, and I gave up my regular clothes a few weeks ago. Got everything down from the attic and boy do I feel better! I'm not saying it's baby, but it's something, and I don't want to be uncomfortable all day. Congrats on the pregnancy. |
| my sister at 2 weeks had a belly! she's about 100 pounds and this is baby #3. She has the flattest abs ever, and suspected she was pregnant, altho wasn't sure b/c of her popping belly! We both laughed initially b/c we thought there's no way a belly can pop that quick - but it can!!! |
| I started unbuttoning my pants at 6 weeks, they were too tight to zip up. I think it's all the bloating and gas. Boy, was that a bitch! |
I'm like you. at 37 wks, i've gained 26 lbs. I broke out my maternity pants around 6 wks. Who cares if you're bloated or it's water weight. Just wear what's comfy. |
