Curly Hair

OP, you basically have two choices:

1. Fight the curl and blow-out, flat-iron, etc.
2. Get yourself a good, curl-enhancing haircut.

After years of the former, I have given up and embraced my curls. They tend towards the 1980's hair band type, so a good haircut is imperative. For me, a shoulder-length layered cut (or sometimes something shorter) is what works. I wash, run some curl creme through, and go.

I then found a product called Hair Rules which was even better than Bumble but could only get it online. Then my hairdresser introduced me to Spring Roll and have been using it for about 6 months now and love it.

OP here. My stylist, who works at Bubbles, suggested this. So far so good. I use the shampoo, conditioner and curl cream. She also cut my hair a bit differently, and so far so good. I don't blow dry. I did find that brushing my wet hair and then applying the curl cream is working nicely for me. It's only been a few days, but I did go out and about yesterday with my hair down, and felt good about it.

I am the poster that uses Cibu. I am glad its working for you. I sometimes mix the creme and the gel for when I need some extra help taming the frizz.
