Do you have a side hussle (in addition to your day job)?

At first I thought the title read "Do you have a side hassle?" Yes, I have many of those!

What's it about? How did you make it profitable?

Ive posted this before but I am the Xmas wrapping lady! You put your presents in the garage or front porch or whatever one night that you pick and I wrap them all and return to the same spot the next morning. 1.25 per present no matter what the size if you give me your supplies and 1.60 if I use mine. Everyone must provide tape though.

I fool around with married women and blackmail them into paying me hush money.

My two self-published novels on Kindle bring in several hundred dollars a month now.

But my "real" book that won't be self-published is my only second job now.

I'm a dramaturg, which means I work with playwrights, directors, and actors to ask questions, do research, and play around with scripts. It fulfills my artistic and nerdy sides at once.

I average about $100 / month either doing focus groups or testing websites online / on my mobile. The money just goes into a paypal account and any time someone asks me for a donation for some run or bike ride or whatever, I don't feel bad about just throwing them $50 from that account.

How do you attract customers? - repeaters and word of mouth or other advertising?

I side hustle as a real estate agent. I also flip about one house every 18 months, and I own three rental properties (with zero cash flow but will be paid off for my retirement).

Consulting. I'm in education, so I do professional development, program evaluation, parenting education, etc. I have a couple of small contracts for work during the school year, and a few clients who offer repeat business. I average ~$500/month. I'd love to do and grow more and be able to have this income into retirement.

I used to buy & sell on eBay but it became a drag.
DH has an Amazon bookstore.

I used to do freelance copyediting/proofreading on the side, but it's not worth the money now that I'm busy with kids.

Fashion flipping via consignment and Poshmark.

Serious question - are my lulus worth anything? I keep going down in size but don't know where to take them.
