This is nearly everywhere. At most companies with a legit performance system, VERY few people get a perfect score and it is based on your contributions that year, meaning that if you start in june you are even less likely to contribute enough for a perfect score.
Also, even if you got a perfect score at my company, if you came in mid-year, your bonus would be pro-rated to how long you were here. So you would actually only be eligible for half the bonus if you started in the end of June and got a perfect score anyway. |
