34 yo ttc - how long to wait before seeing RE

OP here. Appreciated the congrats and we were very excited. Looks like we will need to continue to use the good advice of this forum, however, since the pregnancy ended in miscarriage. Hope to start trying again next month.

I'm sorry, OP. You should see your OB to make sure everything's out properly and that your HCG levels are dropping appropriately. And then you can try as soon as you feel ready.

A lot of us have been there. 3 times, for me. I hope everything goes smoothly next time -- but if it doesn't, or you don't conceive again within 3 months of trying, do consider seeing an RE.

Congratulations! I'm TTC #2, am the same age as you, and this is month #3. I started using ovulation strips this month and got a positive one today -- so it's nice to hear it worked for you! Good luck with your pregnancy!

Oops. Just saw today's post. Sorry, OP.

This is bs. Most
People I know who don't have fertility problems get oregnant within a few months of well timed intercourse. If you are doing it two to three times before and in the day you ovulate, than I'd wait two More months before doing the testing.

It took us 6 months at age 30 and 32 with ovulation tracking and well timed intercourse. Not saying one of us isn't a little sub-fertile, but we didn't have to do any interventions to eventually get pregnant.

And sorry to hear that, OP. Good luck to you next month.
