The network from which the ads were coming blocked the source of the earlier redirect ads so I just turned them back on. You may have immediately gotten a redirect. Once I saw your post, I turned them back off again. The question now is whether you indeed immediately got a redirect from that network or got a redirect from another network. Timing is important here.

Regardless of that issue, if you get a redirect after this post, let me know.

I just got the Google virus redirect when clicking on a post.

I have also been getting redirects from Recent Topics back to the main page. I can't reach RT from my tablet or phone (both Android), but my PC does not have this issue.

This sounds like a completely different problem unrelated to advertisements. No advertisement would redirect you back to the main page. Try clearly the cache on your device. If the problem continues, post here from one of the affected devices and I'll check the IP address in the logs.

Hi Jeff, me again. Cleared cache, posting from my tablet now. Still getting the main page when clicling on RT. Any other suggestions?

I don't know what could be causing this problem. Have you tried restarting your tablet?

Yup, that was the first thing I did. Don't sweat it too much, if it is not a widespread issue, it's probably just on my end - I can always get my fix on the PC

I've been redirected twice tonight with claims that I've won a 1,000 Amazon gift card. I'm on an iPhone 6S with the latest iOS. Once I was in the Entertainment Forum and the most recent one was on the mentally ill tween thread.

Thanks for reporting these. I was able to reproduce the Amazon redirect. I've stopped traffic from that ad network. Please report any more redirects that you experience after this post (no need to report earlier ones).
