How soon did you know you were pregnant?

We had unprotected sex (condom was upstairs!) and I just knew I was pregnant from it. I went out that night and bought Plan B and thought about it for a day, but decided I would regret taking it. He's now 15 months old.
With my first, I knew before I missed my period. Took a test, it was negative. I waited a few more days and took another one, and that one was positive. She's almost 3, thus the hesitation about having the second so quickly after the first. |

| 9 DPO, 10 days after we had sex during our fertile window (though we had sex after our window and leading up to the test). I know a lot of people will likely disagree with me, but I think a lot of people trying to get pregnant become hyper aware of ovulation and post ovulation symptoms and read a lot into them. Implantation usually does not even occur until about 7-10 days AFTER ovulation (and sex needs to ideally occur before that so sperm is there to meet the egg). Only after implantation does Hcg begin to build in the blood. I only found out I was pregnant because I knew exactly when I ovulated and took a test and it was positive. Even at 9 DPO it was impressive to get a positive test--I ended up having fairly high HCG and at that point had zero symptoms. |

| I got pregnant the first month I was off the pill, so I was expecting it to be a possibility. I took a test a couple days after my period was due. I never had symptoms though. |

| 9 dpo. Was tracking ovulation, missed testing one day (the day I ovulated), then started getting strange positive OPKs. Took a pregnancy test and there it was! |

Get a first response (or wondfo from Amazon) and take a test. It will be next to impossible to get a positive before 9 days after ovulation, but if you are pregnant, then symptoms should indicate high enough HCG to test positive. |

| Well, I got the first positive 5 days after my period was due (I'd just given up temping and charting that month out of frustration so don't know when I ovulated). I didn't believe it until 12 weeks at the first ultrasound, though. |

| Around 10 days before missed period. I have tested way early with all my pregnancies. The nurse and/or dr thinks I'm crazy every time but I implant and produce hcg really freaking fast. Also I swear by the 88 cent first signal tests from Walmart. |
