La Guardia is the same - 7000 ft runways so planes are limited. Also no international flights other than preclearance locations.

Yes, rarely both Delta and United have flown 767s into DCA. And I've heard a 787 landed as part of some promo thing, which probably means minimal fuel and no pax/cargo, so stretching but doable.

Regular revenue service does not include wide-bodies right now, but potentially could.
