I did this last week. Had an hour long conference call , the last 30 min of it I spent listening in the car and at the park. It was that or I wouldn't join my family. Judge away

I do this all the time. I am a global brand manager so I have calls from London and calls from LA in the same day. Should I ignore my family from 4am-8pm each time this happens?
