Ha I wondered f I made this thread and forgot. I'm in the same situation OP!
I made beef stew last night to serve when they arrive for dinner tonight. Tomorrow breakfast will be a spread of self serve yogurt, toppings, muffins. Tomorrow lunch: hearty salad with cracker/cheese/fruit platter unless they want to go out with me while DH is at work. Tomorrow dinner: wheat spaghetti with side salad. It's tough because they eat differently than we do. Thought about doing pizza or Thai for one meal but it's so expensive for 4 people, and we are trying to watch expenses with a new baby! |
