Two odd ones - Princess Diana (my sister curated the art collection of one of her best friends; he's a lord from London and he actually appears in a lot of photos with her) and Saddam Hussein (high school classmates fled Iraq; their father was his personal physician. They were in the "country club" circle, so they had to hang out with Uday and Qusay. I used to be a reporter and interviewed them about their experiences years later).

I have one too. One of my bffs and bridesmaids taught both of his kids at a private school in NYC. She would have to do parent/teacher conferences with him and Kyra Sedgwick. She said Kyra was super sweet and Kevin, while nice, was super serious. Their kids were great kids, nice family.

Also Saddam Hussein. My friend has a family member who is a Middle Eastern politician.
