Sidwell Friends is hardly traditional. There is absolutley nothing traditional about it.
Unless you have had children at these schools or have worked in them you cannot possibly know what you are talking about!

also add Burgundy Farms Country Day School to the lower schools list (it's in Alexandria).

to the PP who said they felt Sidwell wasn't traditional, can you share where you think it lies on the continuum with respect to the other schools, as PP 18:55 did?

funny, i remember being told by someone who has a child at GDS that sheridan was a more traditional schools than either sidwell or GDS.
