Are non-profits more cushy?

| If $32,000 for 50+ hours a week and the expectation that you're basically on call 24/7 and will respond to calls and e-mails at all hours, work nights and weekends with no/minimal notice, and will cancel existing commitments because something has come up (usually because of piss poor planning by some idiot director)....yeah, real cushy. |

| I think a cushy nonprofit would be the exception, not the norm. There's a reason you hear "we're not here for the money" about 50 times a day at my nonprofit site. |
