No, I think we will get solid, predictable Pence and the Rs will be relieved.

I think that if the investigations into Russia bear fruit, they will have no choice. Or they will claim to have no choice because they'd rather have Pence.

astounding how much energy people and how much of it they waste on digging up stupid crap. Maybe try to get out a bit today...

You forgot to say, "get back on your meds".

I do not support firing squads or any public execution.

Eh, Bill Clinton was impeached, didn't stick. Not going to happen to Trump either.

You fail to realize, the republican base loves Trump. It would be like Nancy Pelosi and John Lewis impeaching Obama...not going to happen.

Interns and BJs (and lies) are one thing. If there's any collusion with Russia? That is a whole new ball game.

Trump has about as much chance of being impeached as the Democrats have of taking over the House by a decisive margin in 2018.

It will not happen as long as the Republicans control the House and even if the Democrats regain control of the House in 2018 and impeach him the chances of Trump being removed from office are negligible given that removing him would require 67 votes.

Pinocchio Ryan and McTurtle will never do it. They are mice and cowards.

This.

All of the impeachment talk needs to stop, it's not getting anyone anywhere.

The Democrats need to change their strategy and figure out how to work/operate in this new world order. The chances are very slim that things will change in 2018.

An attempted impeachment would lead to civil war

We don't need to impeach Trump. Just like we didn't need to impeach Nixon. The evidence is just mounting up against him and he will leave in order to save the Trump organization, his first love.

I seriously doubt that Trump will ever resign. He would need to be forced out and that will not happen.

January 2019 with a new congress.

OK. I'll go for life in prison for Trump, in solitary confinement with no possibility of parole and no phone.

In this case, it is likely that Flynn is going to be the catalyst for the downfall. How many people could have known about the sealed envelope delivery who had motive to sing about it?

So you are ok with Russian Oligarchs and Putin wanting to open up Crimea for a pipeline and lifting sanctions on Russia to catalyze a $500B wilndfall at the expense of our republic?
