Except if she's being followed by a doctor for these things (considering she had an AMH done) it would be pretty obvious to a doctor that something was wrong. And if OP is concerned about her fertility, I'd imagine she would be concerned about the symptoms she posted. It just doesn't add up all the way.

Maybe. But we don't really know how long ago she had the AMH drawn. Could have been an older result that she didn't post about right away. And I disagree that an RE would be drawing blood work that necessarily has relevance to a diagnosis for GI issues.

I agree with Jeff about reserving judgment. This one isn't clear cut.
