How far along were you when you first threw up?

Always remember, there are never absolutes in pregnancy. You friend may have been in the "clear" zone after 6 weeks but every woman is different and every pregnancy is different. I've had women tell me throughout my pregnancy that I'm going to experience certain symptoms or certain things will happen at certain times and I've found most of what they tell me does not hold true for me. I've been "text book" in some cases like feeling better in week 12 after suffering from morning sickness and completely opposite of "text book" in other cases such as my constipation issues getting BETTER during pregnancy rather than worse. Take everything people tell you with a grain of salt.

I never had any morning sickness or threw up with either pregnancy.

Exactly my experience.

I threw up only once and it was because I ate an odd food combo (cinnamon buns and salmon) than the pregnancy.

I was queasy from weeks 9-15 and then a few more weeks toward the end. I woke up on my first day of the 2nd trimester thinking I may avoid the vomiting all together..and then I brushed my teeth. So, just the once at 12w1d.
