The same friend who said "just relax" also felt that my going on vacation would do the trick, because after all it worked for her. I am struggling now with "trying to relax to want to still be her friend". I did relax at the IVF transfer and it worked. God Bless

One day a friend of my DH's emailed us an article about staying way from high fat/dairy foods to increase fertility, the very same day we read an article linking high fat dairy foods to increased fertility.

And so many people said once you have the first baby, you'll get pregnant more easily the second time around. Which makes no sense in our case, because my giving birth isn't making DH's sperm count any higher. So many people assume that it's the woman's fault/problem, not the man's.
