use large romaine leaves as wraps for your sandwiches. scoop of chicken salad or tuna salad. I add chopped almonds for crunch to these. soup is another good one, although I miss bread with it.

Here's my low carby thing:
I take sushi grade tuna or salmon, chop it up and mix it with diced avocado and some kind of green lettuce. Add ponzu, soy sauce or dumpling sauce, some wasabi or ginger if you want- and you have a great low carb, filling, and really flavorful lunch that you will totally look forward too. |
