use large romaine leaves as wraps for your sandwiches. scoop of chicken salad or tuna salad. I add chopped almonds for crunch to these. soup is another good one, although I miss bread with it.

frittata with eggs, cheese veggies. make ahead, keeps a long time in the frig

Here's my low carby thing:

I take sushi grade tuna or salmon, chop it up and mix it with diced avocado and some kind of green lettuce. Add ponzu, soy sauce or dumpling sauce, some wasabi or ginger if you want- and you have a great low carb, filling, and really flavorful lunch that you will totally look forward too.

Mason jar salads. I make them for the whole week on Sunday and then take one each day. It works really well!

+1. So convenient. Tons of ideas online for combos of toppings. Salad dressing is the bottom layer, so just shake and eat!
