additional protein options for picky eaters... nutrition shakes?

Will she eat soup? You can put as many vegetables as you like into a soup with a chicken stock base and blend it. I usually start with leeks, onions, celery, some garam masala, and then whatever we have.

Will not eat veggie nuggets or burgers. She basically gets chicken and milk as her only protein sources - and used to eat eggs. She eats whole grains and lots of fruits. Some veggies. But that's basically it. We have really limited 'white' grains, but that is what she 'wants' the most.
mixup the chicken a little?chicken salad sandwich?

OP again. Tried cooking - she'll help with some things but has no interest in trying beyond her typical foods. She will not eat anything 'mixed' - other than cheese on bread as "pizza" - so no soup, no sandwiches even. (will do bread separately from chicken but not 'together'.)

We buy the cliff bars for kids, z bars, with protein. It is not a lot (5 grams) but it is something we can pack in a lunch that gives him a little protein during lunch.
