PP must be thinking of someone else. Locklear hasn't been married since she and Sambora got divorced years ago. She was with Jack Wagner for a while but they didn't get married.

Blondes tend to have less melanin in their skin so without proper care just like us pale brunettes, we can age poorly. Notice those African American and east Asian women who have darker skin often age beautifully and look younger than they are (at least everyone I know with darker skin).
