I cannot imagine being in Florida during Spring Break unless I got to spend all my time in a pool or an A/C hotel.

The weather there sucks unless it is November.

Hope you like zika, stifling humidity, and swimming in crude oil!

With climate change, really more like Dec-Feb and you're done.

The weather in April will be lovely.

London baby! The exchange rate is great right now so we are off to see the sights. Should be a blast. We did Arizona last spring break and had a great time but you do have to be very careful about the sun (wear clothing with UV protection).

We're doing a new resort in riviera maya with another family. We booked in September, sat to sat, paid about $5200 for four of us. To book it now would cost over $9000. Yes, I always keep looking after we book something to see "what a great deal I got" lol

One week at an all-inclusive resort in Akumal, Mexico. 4 people and it was $3,300. Used miles for the flight.

Mine have 2 different spring breaks. I'm taking my favorite child to L.A. to do Hollywood. Staying with family, used miles for the flights. We'll find something to splurge on when we get there.

NP here. We always have great weather there during spring break. Upper 70's low 80's. If anything there is a greater chance of getting days too cool. One year we had a few days in the 60's.

Our spring break is about 11 days. Doing 5 days in Naples Florida and 4 days spring skiing at crested butte. (We live in CO). No idea of total cost. The skiing part is already paid for as we have season passes and all of our gear. 5 of us.

Yeah, right. We went the last week of Jan last year- 4 days in Orlando then 4 days in Naples- it was 38 degrees while waiting to get into Disney. Naples was so chilly we could only go to the beach one day.

Two years before that our trip got cancelled because of the massive Presidents' Day weekend blizzard- tried a week in advance to change flights but it was a no go as the entire eastern seaboard was affected and we were 5 people flying Presidents' Day week.

NEVER AGAIN! We will happily go in mid March when our kids have spring break.

your comment is unnecessary: there is no zika on the gulf coast, chances of "stifling humidity" in late March are low, and if so, who cares, some people don't mind that; crude oil?
