Anyone have thoughts on the boundary study for G'burg and Sherwood?

I don't think there is going to be much development into houses up there. That is ag preserve land. They could sell to developers, but it would likely be zoned R-2 (one house/2 acres).

Great schools is not everything. G-burg has the lowest graduation rate in the county. That's a big red flag.

That has more to do with demographics than the academics.

A bright, well behaved kid will be fine at any school. That kid won't drop out. Low income minorities are most at risk of dropping out of any school in the county.
